FAMILY FAITH FORMATION REGISTRATION FOR 2025-2026

Families with Children in 2025-26

Family "Mass and class" at the parish are held twice monthly on Sunday afternoon from 3:30-5:30pm. Family Faith Formation is open to children of all ages and abilities. Registration is required for all children ages 4-18, regardless of age, or whether they have participated in Family Faith Formation at Holy Spirit Parish previously.
To register for Family Faith Formation:

1. Download and review the Family Faith Formation Handbook (click here)
2. Complete the Registration and Contribution Form on pages 8 & 9 of the Handbook, or complete the Family Faith Formation online registration & contribution form below.
3. Provide payment for the text and materials. Payment may be made online or by check payable to Holy Spirit Parish with "Family Faith Formation" written in the memo line. If providing this contribution is a hardship for your family, please contact Carolyn at [email protected] about a scholarship.
